Delivery & Fulfillment Associate

Your Mission

As a Delivery and Fulfillment Associate, you will collaborate with Ubiquicom’s financial and commercial team to implement the product supply and delivery strategy in line with business objectives, you will execute and control procedures ensuring that they are effective.

You will focus on the tasks assigned to achieve business goals and work in the following business areas: procurement, purchasing, supplier management, and delivery. You will be in charge of carrying out the activities necessary to fulfill approved purchases, deliveries of the orders received, to perform all the necessary checks on suppliers and to support in managing all contingencies to ensure that deliveries are complete and on time.

Addressing poorly defined operational problems and taking action to solve and manage those problems is part of your daily activities. You will be at the forefront of managing issues such as: how do we ensure timely delivery? How can we streamline our procurement process while reducing time-to-market and costs?

In addition to being part of a small but experienced team as part of your responsibilities you will have to follow these activities:

  • Acceptance, fulfillment and archive of customer and supplier orders.
  • Management of couriers for the coordination of shipments from suppliers to customers.
  • Management and storage of incoming and outgoing transport documents.
  • Product warehouse supervision.
  • Qualification and control of supplier key performance indicators.
  • Delivery delay management.
  • Check supplier invoices.
  • Collaboration with the financial, commercial, production and customer service team to facilitate the activities of procurement and product returns management.

Your Profile

  • High school diploma (scientific or administrative profile)
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing purchases and deliveries
  • Structured way of working, determination, passion to see things done and pragmatism.
  • Strong problem solving skills, tenacity and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of English.
  • Be comfortable in a fast-moving technology environment and work with cross-functional technical groups.
  • Motivated and autonomous, be comfortable with flat organizations and an informal work environment while maintaining the highest quality standards.
