Since October 2024, UBIQUICOM has been part of the ZAPI GROUP, a global leader in the electrification and automation of industrial vehicles for the logistics sector.

At Intralogistica Italia, UBIQUICOM will showcase its suite of solutions that make up the innovative RTLS – IoT CONNECTED ECOSYSTEM — an integrated ecosystem designed to enhance the efficiency and safety of operations in industrial and logistics environments.

The offering includes advanced real-time locating systems, innovative tools to boost productivity and automate industrial and logistics processes, anti-collision systems for workplace safety, and remote telematics and diagnostics platforms.

a LIVE DEMO of its RTLS solutions and anti-collision features.

Advanced real-time tracking and tracing systems: LOCATOR and SYNCHRO

The flagship product in UBIQUICOM’s RTLS portfolio is the UBIQUICOM LOCATOR platform, the only technology- and device-independent localisation platform that can be easily integrated with existing factory and safety systems. LOCATOR can connect all UBIQUICOM solutions, enabling real-time tracking of goods, vehicles, and personnel. The platform enhances operational visibility and enables the monitoring of production processes and logistics flows from inbound to dispatch.

For large, high-intensity logistics environments, SYNCHRO improves resource allocation and orchestrates processes in real time based on status and position. By harnessing Artificial Intelligence, SYNCHRO optimises movements, reduces delays, improves service levels, and boosts traffic and productivity at logistics and industrial sites. It determines in real time the most suitable resources for each task, aiming to maximise utilisation, minimise idle trips, and maintain service levels, both in regular operations and under stress conditions.

Its solutions minimise false alarms (such as unnecessary vehicle slowdowns) while guaranteeing high safety standards and optimal efficiency in production and logistics processes.
