Firmware Engineer Team Leader - Milan
Your Mission
As a Firmware Engineer Team Leader, you will be responsible for the creation and leadership of the firmware team. You will be responsible for the high level of firmware quality required to maintain an excellent product that will continue to be at the forefront of its field.
You will manage a combination of ongoing feature development, bug fixing and new products creation working in close combination with the Product Manager.
Your responsibility will be also to stay updated on the state of the art of technology, to experiment with the best technologies with the aim of including them in Ubiquicom current and future products.

Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in the design and development of firmware on embedded architectures
- Experience with plans creation, team management and execution against agreed timelines
- Experience with creation of specification documents for existing, ongoing and future feature development
- Good understanding of an electronic project
- Experience in embedded programming on STM32 microcontrollers
- Knowledge of the C language in the embedded field
- Embedded programming experience on ARM architecture
- Knowledge of the FreeRTOS operating system
- Experience on BLE, WIFI, GSM radio modules
- Experience on communication bus such as I2C, SPI, UART, RS232, RS485, CAN BUS
