Access control
Before starting the vehicle, the operator must authenticate themselves using a badge or identification system.
The system automatically verifies:
- the operator’s identity
- driving permits
- any operational restrictions
If the user is not authorized, the vehicle cannot be used.

Customizable pre-operative checklist
Before using the vehicle, the operator must complete a safety checklist directly from the terminal.
Each question can be associated with a risk level and an automatic system action:
- vehicle authorization
- operation restriction
- vehicle lockout
The checklists are fully configurable via the TrackVision portal and can be triggered:
- every time the vehicle is started
- at scheduled intervals
- based on the operator accessing the vehicle
Management and Tracking with TrackVision
All completed checklists and access logs are automatically stored in the TrackVision portal, enabling companies to:
- configure checklist questions and logic
- monitor the inspections performed
- maintain a history and traceability of inspections
- improve preventive maintenance and operational safety
