Industry 4.0

The aim of the new National Transition Plan 4.0 is to support and stimulate companies that invest in tangible and intangible capital goods for the technological and digital transformation of the production processes to be used in production facilities located within Italy.

All parties with business income, regardless of the corporate nature, size of the company and economic sector in which it operates.

Investments are permitted which were made from 16 November 2020 to 31 December 2022, or before 30 June 2023 providing that the order has been accepted before 31 December 2022 and there is a down payment of at least 20% of the purchase price of the asset, for Tangible Assets 4.0 (Annex A) and Intangible Assets (Annex B).

Ubiquicom has designed solutions which allow you to benefit with certainty from the tax credits provided for under the National Transition Plan 4.0.
The benefits are applicable in particular to two of the Ubiquicom family solutions: TrackVision and SYNCHRO.

TrackVision satisfies the technical requirements specified under the National Transition Plan 4.0 as it falls within the investments in intangible assets identified in Annex A, in particular applied to equipment and devices for loading and unloading, including forklift trucks.

Installing TrackVision on the forklift trucks means connecting the fleet of vehicles to a tracking and telemetry system, making the monitoring and management of the fleet safer, more efficient and punctual.

The solution creates an interconnection not only between the vehicles which work in the same area, but also between these and the factory systems already present in the company (MES, WMS, ERP) thereby guaranteeing an integrated and optimized management of the data and the corporate resources. These are the characteristics which allow the solution to fully comply with the requirements of the standard.

SYNCHRO satisfies the technical requirements specified under the new National Transition Plan 4.0 as it falls within the investments in intangible assets identified in Annex B.

SYNCHRO enables action to be taken on the sequence of execution of the missions and to assign resources in a optimum manner so as to be able to optimize the storage and pick-up/deposit times.

The solution has been designed ad hoc for the high intensity logistics sector and it is based on algorithms and localization systems which are able to process in a continuous and integrated fashion the data relative to the position of the handling vehicles and the inputs generated by the WMS.
These are the characteristics which ensure full compliance with the requirements of the standard also for SYNCHRO.
